What we collect
OpsNGIN is built for engineers, so we collect the absolute minimum needed to run the service and contact you about it. When you join the waitlist we capture your email and (optionally) your name. When the agent runs on your server we collect operational telemetry — service health, resource usage, log signals — strictly to detect and resolve incidents.
- Account information you give us directly (email, name)
- Server telemetry the agent reports for incident response
- Standard product analytics on the marketing site
How we use it
We use the data to run the service, keep your systems healthy, and improve OpsNGIN. We do not sell your data. We do not use your server logs to train third-party models. Operational data stays in your tenant.
Who we share it with
The TRUST Layer reviewer team sees the exact action proposed for your server when it gates a change — never more than what's needed to approve safely. We use a small set of named subprocessors for infrastructure and email; that list is available on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion are all standard. Email privacy@opsngin.com and a human will respond within 5 business days.
